Leasing Consultant – Part-time, Louisville

Are you a star performer? Are you results oriented? Would you like to determine your own income potential? We are seeking a driven Leasing Consultant to join our award-winning apartment community on the south side. We offer a respectful, friendly and team-oriented environment with a competitive base pay of $8-10/hour, plus excellent commission opportunities. Hours are flexible, including weekends, 25 hours per week. This position has the potential to evolve into full-time. Previous sales experience, reliability and an outgoing personality are most successful in this position.

Maintenance Technician, Turn Crew

We are currently seeking a service-minded professional with a cheerful, customer service attitude that is willing to roll up their sleeves and go to work!

The Maintenance Technician will prepare vacant units for future residents by performing installations, repairs and replacements for local apartment communities and rental homes. The ideal candidate will have a “can-do” attitude combined with a “jack of all trades” aptitude in appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall. Some HVAC and supervisory skills are preferred. Good organizational abilities, follow-up skills and attention to detail are essential. Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a Criminal Background Check and Drug Test. This position is full-time with benefits and pays $14-16/hour, depending on experience.
